Alan Haig founded Haig Partners to provide honest and authentic advice and world-class client service to buyers and sellers of higher-value dealerships and dealership groups.

A trusted expert in auto retail, Alan has been involved in the purchase or sale of more than 525 dealerships with a value of over $10.6 billion, excluding inventories. He is the creator of The Haig Report® [Click here for the latest report], auto retail’s longest-published report tracking trends in auto retail and their impact on dealership values, and he is co-author of NADA’s “A Dealer Guide to Buying and Selling a Dealership,” and he is the creator of the Haig Partners Maximizing Value Conference held at NADA and throughout the year in conjunction with various National Dealer Meetings.

Alan is a regular speaker at auto retail events such as the NADA Show, the AICPA Dealership Conference, Bank of America’s Global Automotive Summit and Auto Dealer Day and the New York Automotive Forum hosted by JD Power and NADA. He is regularly quoted in national and industry media, including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC, Reuters Car Dealership Guy, Automotive News, WardsAuto and CBT News.

Alan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA from Dartmouth College.

Jayson Crouch serves as Managing Director at Haig Partners, where he leads the firm’s growth across the Western U.S.

Jayson advises dealers and dealer groups on buy-sell advisory, valuation, market positioning, and transaction strategy. He brings more than two decades of experience across commercial banking, captive finance, and commercial real estate, giving him a broad perspective on the financial, operational, and real estate factors that drive dealership value.

Prior to joining Haig Partners, Jayson held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Toyota Financial Services, and GE Business Properties. His experience includes advising large automotive dealer groups, leading captive finance relationship teams supporting more than 100 Toyota and Lexus dealerships, and managing programs for luxury and performance brands including Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover, Maserati, and McLaren.

Throughout his career, Jayson has advised dealer clients, managed complex financial relationships, and led high-performing teams across the automotive and commercial finance sectors. His insights on dealership M&A, automotive retail, finance, and real estate have been featured in industry publications and forums including Automotive News, Auto Finance News, WardsAuto, CBT News, OCADA, GLANCDA, and the New Car Dealers Association San Diego County.

Jayson earned his MBA with honors from The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.

Derek has been involved in the purchase or sale of more than 127 dealerships with a transaction value of $3.25B. His background includes serving as an Associate in Audit and Reporting Advisory services at Deloitte where he was involved in audits of both public and private clients, as well as IPO readiness services for one of the largest online retail companies. Previously, Derek was a Retail Investment Sales Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle, the 2nd largest real estate services firm, where he assisted on retail real estate transactions with a value of more than $500 million.

Derek is a CPA and has a BS in Finance and a BS in Accountancy from Florida State University. He lives in Miami, FL.

Emily serves as Managing Director at Haig Partners leading the firm’s growth across the Midwest and with the Lexus and Porsche dealership network, and is a Northwood University 2026 20 Under 40 Honoree .

Emily has more than 20 years of experience spanning automotive retail, OEM field operations, and dealership buy-sell advisory. Her career includes dealer-facing roles with premier luxury brands such as Porsche, INFINITI, and Lexus, where she led strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance, fixed operations, and customer experience. In recognition of her leadership and impact in the industry.

Before joining Haig Partners, Emily played a key role in expanding a buy-sell advisory practice, representing dealers across Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. She advised clients through all phases of the transaction process—from valuation and market positioning to negotiation and closing. Her consultative and relationship-driven approach helped generate record transaction volume in 2025 and earned the trust of dealer principals throughout the Midwest. Clients value Emily’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing their best interests and long-term success.

During her OEM tenure, Emily helped Porsche achieve #1 national rankings in both J.D. Power CSI and SSI. She also played an integral role in launching Porsche’s Excite! program in collaboration with the Disney Institute—an initiative designed to foster “Porsche Passion” by delivering customer experiences as exceptional as the vehicles themselves. At INFINITI and Lexus, she drove measurable gains in fixed operations performance, customer retention, and satisfaction metrics.

A graduate of Northwood University with dual majors in Automotive Marketing and Business Management, Emily combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of dealership operations and culture. Emily lives in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Kevin has been involved in the purchase or sale of more than 85 dealerships with a value of over $1.97B, excluding inventories. He has provided capital to many of the Top 150 dealer groups, including all the public retailers, as well as numerous smaller dealers across the US. His background includes 20+ years at Bank of America leading the dealer financial services group.

Kevin holds a BA in Business Administration from Taylor University and resides in Jacksonville, FL.

Anne serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Haig Partners and oversees the firm’s real estate brokerage operations. Her background includes founding an agency focused on advising clients on fundraising, marketing and business development. She previously served in roles including the Director of International Business for Blockbuster Entertainment and Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick.

In her spare time, Anne volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing neglected and abused children in the court system in Florida. In addition, she has served in numerous board positions for non-profit organizations.

Anne has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from Babson College. She lives in Ft. Lauderdale and Plymouth, MA with her husband, Alan. They have four children.

Aimee Allen serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Haig Partners and is a 2025 Women in Retail Honoree.

In her role, Aimee provides strategic and operational leadership, partnering closely with the firm’s president and founder to drive growth and align business objectives. She oversees all areas of operations, including marketing, sales, recruiting, and team development—with a strong focus on leadership coaching and professional growth.

Aimee brings deep expertise in the retail dealership industry and a unique perspective on scaling professional service firms. Her career includes leading growth initiatives at a top 20 U.S. accounting firm, a prominent family business advisory firm, and the nation’s leading investment bank serving dealership owners.

An award-winning strategist, Aimee is known for challenging conventional thinking, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and building revenue and culture strategies that accelerate performance and enhance talent retention. She is a passionate believer in the power of teamwork and continuous learning as drivers of sustained success.

Aimee has an MBA and a BS in Marketing from Franklin Pierce University. She lives in Peterborough, NH, and Bonita Springs, FL with her husband. They have four children and three grandchildren.

Matt has been involved in the purchase and sale of more than 90 dealerships, representing a transaction value of $2.5 billion. At Haig Partners, he has analyzed more than 500 dealerships, applying his expertise to support successful transactions.

Prior to joining Haig Partners, Matt developed his financial acumen as an analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed a $150 million budget for a technology organization. In this role, he monitored and reported on the organization’s financial performance and ensured alignment with its strategic objectives.

Matt earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from Florida State University. He resides in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Markus has been involved in the purchase or sale of more than 25 dealerships with a combined transaction value exceeding $750M, excluding inventories.

Prior to joining Haig Partners, Markus was an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the firm’s Retail & Consumer Group in New York. Always interested in auto, Markus began his career with Holman Automotive as a summer intern, where he worked in the parts department for a BMW dealership in South Florida.

Markus has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Erik has a consultative background in business management and product strategy. His experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Harbor Research, a strategy consulting firm, where he created growth strategies for leading OEMs and software companies. Previously, Erik was an Analyst at McChrystal Group, a management consulting firm, where he helped Fortune 500 auto parts retailers and Fortune 10 oil & gas companies achieve revenue targets and cost savings.

Erik has a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University where he studied Economics and Corporate Strategy. He lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Angela is a Marketing Associate at Haig Partners. Prior to joining Haig Partners, Angela was a marketing associate at Equiturn, an agnostic investment bank, where she gained experience with content creation and elevated her graphic design skills.

Angela has a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies from Florida Atlantic University, where she also minored in digital marketing. She lives in Coral Springs, FL.

Brendan Foley is an Analyst at Haig Partners, where he supports clients in the automotive retail industry. Prior to joining Haig Partners, Brendan was a Senior Associate at Withum Smith+Brown, a public accounting firm, working within its dealership practice. In that role, he advised automotive dealers on operational efficiency, tax strategies, and estate planning.

Brendan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. He resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Oscar Garcia is an Analyst at Haig Partners, where he supports clients in the automotive retail industry. Prior to joining Haig Partners, Oscar was an associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he provided ultra high networth families service and advice across their banking, investment, lending, and trust and estate needs.

Oscar earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Florida. He resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
