It is believed that the values paid for Vista BMW and South Honda exceeded any previous values paid for those franchises. South Motors/Vista Motors is among the most valuable dealership groups ever purchased. The dealerships retailed approximately 19,000 new and used units in 2023, employed approximately 1,100 people, and generated over $1 billion in revenue.
