The transaction involved Hyundai of Lincolnwood and Kia of Lincolnwood, both acquired by Berman Automotive Group, a well-established operator in the Chicago area. Haig Partners served as advisor to AutoCanada, helping facilitate the sale as part of a broader, multi-step divestiture process. With several transactions now completed, AutoCanada has reduced its U.S. footprint to just three remaining locations.
